At Countryside Pet Estates, we have created the ultimate pet boarding experience. From nature walks to nap time to tender loving care, your pet will be “on vacation” as you are away. Countryside Pet Estates is filled with pet-loving professionals who commit to providing your pet with the best possible experience so you can have peace of mind.
- We require a $50 non-refundable deposit to be able to reserve any holiday or school break reservation.
- Pets staying the night need to be picked up by 12:00 pm (EST) in order to avoid a $15 late check-out fee.
- We offer a 15% discount for stays that are 15 or more consecutive nights.
- Holidays/busy travel dates are subject to increases of $5 per night per pet. If you are unsure of whether or not your reservation falls under any of these dates, email us for more information.
- Cancellations MUST be via email, NOT phone call so we can keep a record of cancellations.
- All dogs get a free ‘refresh’ at the end of their boarding stay; this means we give them a good brushing, a waterless bath, and cologne! If you would like to add a full-service bath or any other spa extras to your pet’s stay, ask about pricing and request services at drop off!
- Goodnight Treats/Pup Cups: $3/pup cup (whipped cream) at bedtime or a variety of other treats/food puzzles available upon request!
- *Drop-off* hours end an hour before the front office closes: (Monday-Friday 7am-6pm. Saturday-Sunday 9am-4pm)
- *Pick-up* hours are the same as our front office hours: (Monday-Friday 7am-7pm. Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm)
- We do not accept any beds, but we can accept 1 blanket or towel per pet(nothing with stuffing aside from their toys please!). Each dog is provided with a raised bed to lay on in their room.
- We provide bowls. If your dog requires a slow feeder, we suggest bringing one from home. Keep in mind we do NOT accept glass or ceramic or metal bowls of any kind.
- You can bring 1-2 toys for each pet.
- We kindly ask you to avoid dropping your pet(s) off in a rush. We want to provide the best care to your pets, and that requires our front office staff to go over all feeding, medical, and other information at drop-off thoroughly.
- ‘Manager Handle Only’ Dog Boarding: $5 more per night (this would apply only to human-reactive animals, not medical cases, etc.) – If this applies to your animal, you will know in advance!
- ‘Manager-to-Feed’ Dog Boarding: $5 more per night per dog (This applies if the feeding is complicated enough that a manager would have to perform the feedings) If this applies to your animal, you will know in advance!
