Below are some requiremens we need to ask for regarding our pet boarding services for your dog and/or cat.
Dogs: The following vaccinations** are required and need to be up to date prior to boarding your dog:
- Rabies
- DHLPP
- Bordetella
Cats: The following vaccinations** are required and need to be up to date prior to boarding your cat:
- Rabies
- FVRCP
If your pet does not have the above mentioned minimum and current vaccinations prior to boarding, Countryside Pet Estates can obtain veterinary services without your permission and include costs with a service charge in your final bill. Additionally, please be sure to complete, print and bring with you the following Admittance Forms to expedite your check-in process.
